Refund Policy
Our Service Charges are non-refundable. Any government charges transferred, if for some reason thegovernment work is rejected, the amount will be refunded if not paid to Government otherwise only balance amount will be refunded. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy
In case of any job cancellation due to government rejection, the job will be considered cancelled and the refund of government charges will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made and reflected in our accounts, an email will be sent for the payment receipt/confirmation. The settlement time for reflection in our accounts is at least 7 working days.

Service Delivery Policy
Once the payment is made and reflected in our accounts, an email will be sent for the payment receipt/confirmation. The service will be started within 48 hours and the completion of work will be done as per the government approval and documents received from the client. Every work of documentation has a different timeline for the accomplishment so it depends on the nature of the documentation the completion of any task is not a fixed timeline although that will be mentioned in the given quotation by the company during a meeting with the client.
